So this is a relatively new chapter in our lives, we are not professionals at beekeeping and we don't know everything regarding bees. We seen an opportunity to enter a very under serviced market in that of pollination of crops in PEI. We will do our best to keep the blog up to date and recent. If nothing else it will be fun! ( I hope)

Hey - As a type 1 diabetic, this golden sweetener is a perfect lil substitute on all my fruit and veggies. Love to add a little teaspoon of your honey to Hot water and Lemon. mmmm mmm good. Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
